Видимо так, всё отключил, фаерволы, брандмауэры, ничего не меняется.

у меня похожая ошибка была, 9 месяцев из-за этого войти не мог ни на один сервер))

потом как-то само собой все прошло))

вы это искали?

вообще не в сервере траблы, а у игрока, пусть переустановит стим с играми, попробует зайти, если не получится, то проверить кэшик надо, ну а если снова не получится, то иди гугли
